Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.  Just send a photo of the product received.   If your product is damaged due to shipping, please contact your local post office. 

Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  I apologize.  I know you would never want to receive product that was delivered to someone else prior to you receiving it.
